Sometimes there’s info for sponsorships in EuroTuner magazine. You can even mail your picture in to them (and let them know you want to be sponsored) and hope that they feature it in there, that may grab the attention of someone.
Also checking out the car shows works too.
Go to Hot Import Nights, Durty Dubs, NOPI if you can.
Check out APR.com, see if there’s anything there.

Pikachu (pokemon): is 1’3″, below 20 lbs. 0-60 in ?? (depends on either quick attack or volt tackle). runs on electric power. Pikachu is #11 on the worlds fastest pokemon and can stun opponents with his “static” ability. Claimed top 15 in most popular animated characters and Ash Ketchum’s favorite and first pokemon. Estimated speeds up to 120 mph while in volt tackle. NO ONE KNOWS PIKACHU’S RUNNING LIMITATIONS, I estimate 1/9th of a mile on volt tackle and 1/6th of a mile on quick attack (since quick attack uses less energy than volt tackle.)
Pikachu (vw beetle show car): weighs 1700 lbs. 0-60 in 8.2 seconds. runs on 1.8 liter turbo 4cyl. Looks slightly resemblent to the real pikachu (except being 10x its size, made of metal, and has a “Pokemon” logo on it’s side). Claimed honors in SEMA auto show and various pokemon conventions. Top speeds of this pikachu resembles a turbo beetle’s 120 mph and redlines at 5400 rpm with only 5 short throw gears.

Not gonna lie, this is probably thee most badass question ever
im gonna go with my instinct though and say that Pikachu (pokemon) would win
cuz when you think about it, he can go 0-120 very quickly with his quick attack
the car takes 8 seconds to get to that speed, so it’d be apparent that Pikachu (pokemon) would win if it was a drag race of say 1000m
